A Day in a Life

Life is but a trip

It changes from day to day

Some of which we wish we could skip

Others we beg for it to never go away

Desperate for the weekend to arrive

To times begging for the week to start

Sleep is a luxury often denied

Private moments filling our heart

Quiet times and times of madness

Adventures we will never forget

Moments that bring us sadness

Love is what holds us together

Kindness is free to give away

Be good to one another

For tomorrow is always a new day

Saturday Mornings

Saturday mornings full of delight

Sleeping in past the sunrise

Snuggled next to you feels so right

Sensuous thoughts begin to arise

Sliding you closer into my arms

Silky smooth skin under my caress

Slowly our bodies become as one

Steadily our passions burn hotter and hotter

Softly I speak into your ear

Soaring to heights of pleasure I feel so clear

Soaking in your body’s fulfillment

Soon the ending is near

Stifling a cry of orgasmic release

Sounds of or love will never cease

Saturday mornings with you by myside

A Year to Remember

A year has almost passed in to the beyond
Time of great upheaval and mayhem
Changes to so much of what had been normal
Adjusting to stay alive
In the midst of this all
Unbelievable grace has been bestowed
Old lives setting in the past at the drop of a ball
New chances with the rise of the sun in the east
Miracle of new life won out
With chubby cheeks and dark brown eyes
The announcement of another to come
What more could Grandma and Grandpa ask
A move on faith
That brings two back as one
Life is strange
In so much peril and scourge
Can the graciousness of God be seen
With all of that I still pray
That next year can go back to normal
Faces seen, hugs and handshakes
